Our wood products have their exterior sealed with a high grade wood sealant to protect them from warping, splitting and cracking. The interior is left natural to prevent any impact on the occupants.
Our houses do not have roosting posts. Most experts agree that roosting posts do more to assist predators than the birds themselves. Our houses do feature grips inside below the entrance hole. This assists the occupants to reach the entrance from the inside.
We use only outdoor grade screws for assembly for strength and durability. There are no nails, brads, staples or glue used in the assembly of our products. With these screws, our houses disassemble easily for clean out.
