This frame enginehouse was used for locomotives that spent the night in Robertsdale. None were stationed there permanently and it was rarely used in the later years. Mostly the morning mail run locomotive occupied the house.
The enginehouse was removed sometime after 1966. The concrete foundations can be found to the east of the EBT line about a hundred yards south of the station.
